Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Business Partner – 3–4 month contract


Join a leading multinational telecommunications organisation as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Business Partner, supporting high-impact hiring across complex business units.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions across multiple functions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Utilise Workday to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and reporting.
  • Drive direct sourcing strategies and talent pipelining for niche and senior roles.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align hiring plans with workforce strategy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment within complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Proven expertise using Workday for recruitment operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Available to work 4 days per week onsite in the London office.
