Your New Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, flexible, and committed primary teachers to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme.

As a Hays Guarantee Teacher, you'll enjoy pre-arranged supply work on the days you choose. You’ll work across a variety of primary schools, teaching EYFS to Year 6 depending on your strengths.

Your work might include:

✨ Daily or short-term supply

✨ Longer-term opportunities (if you're interested!)

✨ PPA cover

✨ Intervention & booster sessions

You’ll deliver engaging lessons, support pupils' learning, and follow school policies with professionalism and positivity.

⭐ What You’ll Need to Succeed

To join our guarantee scheme, you’ll need:

✔ A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)

✔ A valid DBS (or willingness to apply)

✔ At least 6 months’ UK primary teaching experience in the last 2 years

✔ Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum

✔ Excellent communication & organisational skills

✔ A flexible, adaptable, reliable attitude
