  • Process payroll‑related invoices and support monthly cashflow reconciliation for approval.
  • Manage auto‑enrolment processes, including Aviva portal updates and HMRC tax code requests.
  • Review non‑UK payroll outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal data.
  • Support P11D and PSA data preparation and maintain accurate payroll documentation, including SOX/COSO updates.
  • Administer company car and fuel card changes to support accurate payroll and P11D reporting.
  • Provide general HR administrative support during peak periods or project work.
  • Act as a key point of contact for payroll queries, ensuring clear, timely communication with HR, Finance and external payroll providers.

Role Requirements

  • Good understanding of UK payroll processes and statutory requirements
  • Experience in UK payroll administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team

  • Private medical insurance, with optional annual medical check-up via onsite Occupational Health
  • 6x salary death-in-service cover
  • Hybrid working: 1 day per week from home
