The Role

• Full‑time KS1 Teaching Assistant
• Supporting pupils across Year 1 and/or Year 2
• Assisting with phonics, early literacy and numeracy activities
• Providing small‑group and occasional 1:1 support
• Helping to maintain a positive, engaging learning environment
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider team

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with KS1 pupils (school‑based experience desirable)
• Is enthusiastic, patient and proactive
• Can support early learning and follow structured routines
• Works confidently as part of a collaborative primary team
• Is committed to helping young learners thrive
