IT Operations Engineer with a Public Sector Organisation in Stoke

Your new role
Working in a very collaborative team, you will be an expert in the support, build, configuration & deployment of critical server, storage area network (SAN) & Cloud technologies. Managing issues and problems that have been escalated in an efficient and timely manner to ensure operational effectiveness at all times. There is a responsibility to perform research into new and upcoming technologies in order to determine their impact or possible enhancement of planned or existing IT Services. You will manage small to medium-sized projects and provide technical input to large-scale IT projects.
