Fabric Technician / Painter & Decorator
Oxford (OX3)
£19 per hour
Full-time | Ongoing work

We’re currently recruiting for a reliable Fabric Technician / Painter & Decorator for a static site in Oxford (OX3).
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and can support general fabric maintenance alongside painting and decorating duties.

Key responsibilities:
  • Painting and decorating across the site (internal and external)
  • Basic fabric maintenance – patch repairs, minor carpentry, fixing doors, locks, etc.
  • General upkeep of the building to a high standard
  • Supporting the wider maintenance team when needed
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently

What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in painting and decorating
  • Background in fabric maintenance / maintenance person work
  • Good eye for detail and quality finishes
  • Reliable, professional and able to work independently
  • Own tools preferred
