Junior Advocate Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE) sought after by national insurance law firm.
Your new company
Our client is a well-regarded insurance law firm. They are currently recruiting a junior advocate solicitor to join their in-house advocacy department. This is a retrain opportunity for strong personal injury solicitors looking to pursue a career in advocacy.
Your new role
This Junior Advocate Solicitor position will see you handle a broad ranging and interesting caseload and work closely with the firm's insurer clients. Responsibilities will include; settling pleadings, small and fast track claims, interlocutory hearings, CMCs/CCMCs, sanctions and recoveries. Hearings will arise from both RTA and EL/PL claims. You will be asked to attend hearings at county courts across the North West.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor with 0–4 years PQE. Previous advocacy experience including telephone hearings, infant approval hearings or CMCs is beneficial. Applicants must have strong academics and communication skills.
