As a trusted (Senior) HR Business Partner, you will work closely with your international SLT in a matrix setting to align people strategies with business objectives. You’ll play a key role in enabling growth, building organisational capability, and ensuring the – partly client-facing workforce is future ready. The talent agenda, including career pathways, succession planning and internal redeployment, or strategic workforce planning, will be key to enabling growth. You will be supported by less experienced generalists with the ‘heavy lifting’ elements of the employee lifecycle and partner with CoE.

You will be a trusted advisor and be able to demonstrate a successful track record in partnering with commercial SLT in a matrix, international business environment. More so, the successful, experienced HR BP will be well versed in talent development and strategic workforce management, and thus will likely have held an HR BP role in a fee-earning environment previously.

Working from the central London office twice per week, with a base salary of £83,000 - £92,000 and a competitive pack.
