(RETRAIN) Counter Fraud Lawyers sought after by leading defendant firm

Your new company
Our client is a well-regarded defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting multiple motor fraud lawyers to join their Counter Fraud teams in Manchester or Birmingham on a largely home working basis. The firm has recently acquired a large insurer client as they enter a period of growth.

Your new role
The Counter Fraud Lawyer role will see you:
  • Handle your own caseload of lower-volume complex, counter motor fraud files including, LVI, bogus passenger, staged incidents and credit hire fraud.
  • Handle files on a non-delegated authority basis.
  • Review and analysis of evidence.
  • Identify strategic litigation opportunities.
  • Appropriately delegating tasks to assistants.
  • Undertake advocacy when required.
  • Be commercially aware and achieve financial targets.

What you'll need to succeed
Applicants will ideally be qualified solicitors or chartered legal executives, but those qualified by experience are encouraged to apply. You must have experience handling your own caseload of defendant litigated RTA claims. Previous experience of defendant motor fraud is preferred. You should have strong advocacy and communication skills.

What you'll get in return
This is a fantastic opportunity for motor fraud or defendant RTA specialists to handle their own complex, counter-fraud caseload. You will work as part of a well-established, high-performing team in regular contact with a range of high-profile insurer clients. This is a largely home working role with office attendance in Greater Manchester or Birmingham once a week. A competitive salary of up to £50,000 is available and negotiable dependent on experience.
