HR Manager Job, Perth Location, Based on-site

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of a dynamic and fast-paced HR function. This role will involve leading and supporting all aspects of HR service delivery, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with employment legislation. The candidate will ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied, provide guidance to managers on people-related issues, and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with senior leadership to implement strategic HR projects, manage HR systems and data integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement across the function.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this post, you will have demonstrable experience as an HR Manager, and be comfortable working hands-on in a busy site-based role supporting the General Manager. Key requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience, including team leadership.
  • Proven ability to deliver HR support in a commercially focused environment.
  • CIPD Level 5, or equivalent
  • FMCG sector experience is preferred although not essential.
  • Self-starter with a track record of driving change within HR.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in IT systems and HR technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
