Hays are recruiting for a permanent, friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Clerk based in Trafford Park, Manchester. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support across various channels.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
- Log all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a customer service telephone-based administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
What you'll get in return
This role is paying £25,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience, excellent benefits, hybrid working.
