I am working with a client in York to recruit a Customer Service Advisor. These are office-based roles, offering a welcoming team environment, full training, and the opportunity to gain valuable experience with a reputable employer.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Support customers with general queries, updates, and resolutions
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer care
- Accurately update customer records and systems
- Remain professional and calm when handling sensitive or challenging conversations.

- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, retail, hospitality, or similar
- Strong communication and listening skills
