• Handle service requests, incidents, and problems via a Jira-based ITSM system
• Automate software installations, deployments, and upgrades using Chocolatey for Business
• Deploy new systems/services on secure infrastructure using DevOps tools like Ansible
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, testing, upgrades, and proactive performance monitoring
• Deliver cutting-edge IT and customer projects
• Assist with disaster recovery planning and execution
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training
• Manage asset lifecycles, procurement, and liaise with suppliers
• Implement and optimise IT security measures
• Support ISO 27001 compliance and conduct internal audits

What you'll need to succeed

• 1+ years’ experience in an IT engineer or technical support role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to analyse and resolve technical issues efficiently
• IT infrastructure certifications (CompTIA Network+, Server+, Security+, CCNA)
• Proficiency in networking, routing protocols, and network engineering
• Experience with VPN, Firewall, and WAN technologies
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
