Successful candidates will take on key roles in complex geotechnical and numerical modelling projects, working with cutting-edge tools such as PLAXIS, FLAC/FLAC3D, and advanced soil models. They’ll lead analysis, interpret complex data, collaborate across disciplines, and help push the boundaries of digital engineering. There’s also a strong focus on mentoring and developing junior talent, helping shape the future of the discipline.
They’re looking for technically strong engineers with chartered status, a passion for innovation, and confidence in working in multidisciplinary environments. Experience in advanced modelling, seismic design, or programming (Python/C++) is highly valued.
