We have a dedicated Call Centre - Tel: 0844 800 0885 - that uses call streaming so that internal calls from our consultants and external calls from our Contractors/Temporary workers can be dealt with effectively and efficiently.

Shortly after being placed in your first assignment, you will be allocated a SEVEN digit worker number beginning with a Five or a Six. This number will be printed on the timesheet accompanying your weekly payslip, and also on your payslip. Please quote this number on all correspondence with our Accounts Department.

Change of name/address

If you change your name or address, you must inform your consultant immediately. You must also inform our Accounts Department of the change(s) on your timesheet. This can be done in either written format or by calling 0844 800 0885.

If you change your name due to marriage, divorce or deed poll, then you need to advise your consultant by sending a letter that includes details of your former name along with full details of your new name(s).

Please ensure you attach to the letter a copy of the appropriate certificate. Your consultant will forward a copy of the certificate to the Accounts Department along with the authorisation to make the change.
