Your new job working as an Account Manager (Technician) will be working for an Independent Lloyd’s Broker with a state-of-the-art offices based in the heart of the City and is a relatively new Broking House. Your new Broking House has a dedicated team of professionals including Marine and Non-Marine and, due to the amount of experience the team have, they have a dedicated client base as well as a huge international reach across Africa, Europe, US, and Asia. Due to growth within the US Accident and Health business, a permanent job for an Account Manager (Broker support Technician) to join the team on a permanent basis has arisen.

Your new role

Your new role working as an Account Manager will be handling complex US accidents and health risks . It will be your job to provide technical support to the Placing Brokers in the A&H teams. Your role will include the creation of open market MRC’s and facility declaration off-slips and endorsements, some day-to-day client and market involvement as and when required, as well as the preparation of market submissions for new and renewal business. You will also liaise with clients to request information and the preparation of Final Terms/Binding documents for clients. Working closely with processing and Accounts teams to monitor premium payments and assist in chasing outstanding funds.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previously experience working within the London Market as an Account Manager/Technician or Broker Support Technician handling International Accident and Health risks will contribute to the success in you securing this role. You will have the a bility to prepare the London market MRC slips and endorsements. You will be able to work 3 days in the office, some previous experience of brokasure system would be beneficial but not essential and a working knowledge of PPL process would be beneficial.
