Refer a friend and earn up to £1200

  1. We will give you a £1200 voucher for every middle grade or consultant grade hospital doctor you refer who works 250 hours with us.

    We will give you a £500 voucher for every PICU nurse, NICU nurse, RMN, midwife, neonatal nurse, practice nurse, community nurse or substance misuse nurse you refer who works 250 hours with us.

    There is no limit to the number of friends or colleagues you can refer, so you can keep earning money. Please make sure you read the terms and conditions located at the bottom of this page before getting started.

    Please note, the form below is only for referrals as listed above. If you are referring a specialist nurse or hospital doctor (other than those listed above), or a general practitioner, qualified social worker, theatre practitioner, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, speech and language therapist, radiographer or dietitian you can still earn a £250 voucher as referral reward. Terms and conditions

Hays Healthcare shall not be liable arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or (i) any loss of or damage to profit, revenue, savings, data, use, contract, goodwill or business or (ii) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, in each case howsoever caused or arising.

The term "howsoever caused or arising" when used in this Agreement shall be construed widely to cover all causes and actions giving rise to liability, including but not limited to (i) whether arising by reason of any misrepresentation (whether made prior to and/or in this Agreement), negligence, breach of statutory duty, other tort, breach of contract, restitution or otherwise and (ii) whether arising under any indemnity and (iii) whether caused by any total or partial failure or delay by Hays Healthcare.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude any party's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by the negligence, or to the extent otherwise not permitted by law.

Hospital Doctors - £1200 Referral Reward Terms and Conditions

  • Referral must be received by Hays between 01/04/2011 and 30/09/2011 to be eligible for the referral bonus
  • The £1200 will be paid in vouchers, not cash
  • Excludes candidates currently registered with Hays and actively seeking work
  • Excludes candidates who take up temporary assignments within the Ministry of Defence
  • Referrals must be made to Hays before the referred person registers with Hays - referrals made at a later stage will not be valid
  • Referred person must be a middle grade or consultant grade hospital doctor in order to be eligible for the reward
  • Referrals can only be made via the online application referral form. Referrals received any other way will not be eligible for the referral reward
  • Referring person must claim their reward within 6 months of the referred person starting work
  • It is the responsibility of the referring person to claim their reward
  • To qualify for a reward, your referred friend must be placed within a 6 month period of the referral being received
  • The referred doctor must work a minimum of 250 hours before the bonus is paid
  • Only middle grade and consultant grade hospital doctors working in for locum, temporary, contract or interim roles will be eligible for the £1200 reward. If the person you refer finds a permanent placement through Hays they will not be eligible for the reward
  • We can only accept referrals for people eligible to work in the UK
  • Hays reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time
  • Only Hays Healthcare is participating in this scheme
  • No alternative is available
  • Hays’ decision is final 


Specialist Nurses - £500 Referral Reward Terms and Conditions

  • Referral must be received by Hays between 01/04/2011 and 30/09/2011 to be eligible for the referral bonus

  • Referred person must be a PICU Nurse, NICU nurse, RMN, midwife, neonatal nurse, practice nurse, community nurse or substance misuse nurse in order to be eligible for the reward
  • Referrals can only be made via the online application referral form. Referrals received any other way will not be eligible for the referral reward
