- We will sift your CVs using a balanced scorecard
- We will grade each application against the core competencies of your role, producing an auditable document of our findings

Job board management
- We place your advert on six targeted job boards relevant to your role, including hays.co.uk. We select these on the basis of MI collated from years of placing thousands adverts online
- You will receive MI detailing response levels and diversity statistics
- This service includes a basic level CV sift
Advanced shortlisting
- We interview all candidates on the long list using competency-based interview questions to build up an accurate picture of their ability to undertake the role
- Following these interviews we can prepare interview reports and circulate them to the selection panel
Technical testing
- We will pre-screen your applicants by testing their technical ability across a multitude of specialist areas and technologies
- The proficiency profile covers 12 to 18 sub-skills within a discipline and highlights strengths, proficiencies and weaknesses
