Hays talent bank delivers more for less to NHS

Hays, the leading recruiting expert, has been awarded a place on the new NHS Managed Service Staff Bank Framework Agreement, following a rigorous national tender process run on behalf of the NHS by the London Procurement Programme (LPP).

The Hays Talent Bank is available to all NHS trusts through the new LPP framework agreement and will help trusts to reduce their costs, improve management information and reduce reliance on external agency staff. Hays will deliver the service through dedicated account management teams, utilising their innovative workforce management technology system.

Hays is one of only six managed service providers awarded a place on the framework, which runs until August 2013. The Talent Bank offers access to a flexible talent pool, which is managed by Hays, enabling trusts to quickly and cost effectively match their staffing requirements against constantly changing demands.
