Shortage of recruitment officers to meet demand in Manchester

Manchester employers are experiencing a shortage of interim recruitment officers, says Hays Human Resources, the leading recruiting expert. This demand stems from Manchester financial services organisations increasing their recruitment as they start to see signs of a recovery and need support re-building their teams. Commercially savvy professionals with in-house and agency backgrounds who are able to implement direct recruitment strategies are highly sought after.

Katie Bunting, Business Manager at Hays Human Resources, comments: "Despite the economic downturn there are skill shortages within the region. Individuals with relevant experience that are interested in applying should speak with one of our consultants who will be able to provide expert career advice, as well as invaluable CV and interview tips. It is promising that despite the downturn and large unemployment there is still demand for HR professionals in Manchester.''
