Hays offers career advice at Home Group’s Job Fayre

Hays Social Housing, the leading recruiting expert, is offering employment advice at the HOME Group's Training and Volunteering Fayre. HOME Group is one of the country's leading providers of rented housing, supported housing and low-cost home ownership. The Fayre, which take place on the 16th February 2010 at the Civic Hall in Whitehaven, is open to all local jobseekers and will provide essential advice and support for getting into, or getting back to, work.

At the Hays' stand experts will offer CV writing and interview skills advice designed to equip attendees with the key skills required to improve their chances of securing a job. The HOME Group has also invited other partners along to provide information on access to training opportunities and vocational qualifications.

Matthew Lewis, Business Director at Hays Social Housing, comments: "The workshop is a great way to support local jobseekers and we hope that it will really make a difference to those who attend. Our consultants will on hand to help jobseekers get their CVs up to scratch and update them on the current job situation locally. We hope many people come and visit us over the duration of the event and tap into our free advice."
