Hays and RICS give career advice to local students

Hays Property, the leading recruiting expert, is hosting a careers workshop at an event organised by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). The employment fair will include a Hays assessment centre focusing on CV preparation and interview skills, with RICS members from across the region in attendance. The workshop takes place at the University of Wolverhampton on 17th February 2010.

Hays' assessment centre will cover the detail of CV writing and interview best practice, designed to equip the attendees with the key skills required to improve their chances of securing a job. Expert consultants at Hays Property will have the chance to offer advice to young graduates who have no experience of the sector or being interviewed in this challenging jobs market.

Caroline Owen, Regional Business Manager at Hays Property, comments: "This event is a fantastic opportunity to meet local graduates and a great way for us to showcase the opportunities available to surveyors at all stages in their careers. We hope that many professionals come and visit us over the duration of the event and tap into our free advice."
