Recruitment consultants at Hays Trades & Labour have been swapping their suits for hard hats as they spend the day labouring on site to raise money for construction industry charity, The Lighthouse Club.
The Suits on Site campaign runs nationwide and is always a great success. This year, Hays has achieved over £3,400, with consultants across the country getting their hands dirty to help raise funds for the charity. Over fifty recruitment consultants have taken part with the likes of Taylor Woodrow Construction, Cadman & Sons, William Ferry Construction, and Mead Building Services all making generous donations.
One particularly large donation was made by Cadman & Sons when one of our consultants worked on their site in Colchester. Adrian Rolph-Wills, from the Hays Ipswich office, spent the day working with the Contracts Manager and assisting the Yard Foreman. In return for all his hard work Cadman & Sons donated a generous £250.

The consultants really enjoy getting out on site, learning more about the work that is undertaken and getting their hands dirty for a good cause’’.
