The new office will cater for highly sought after Qualified Social Workers and Social Care Workers in all grades and specialties. This demand is largely due to a national shortage of qualified social workers and specific support workers with experience within Children & Families. Temporary workers are particularly in demand in this sector where employers appreciate that they cannot afford to run with an understaffed team, and therefore temporary workers are seen as essential to their service.
