Marketing, Media and Communications Contractor of the Year

Hays Marketing is proud to support this year’s REC National Temporary Workers Week. National Temporary Workers Week is the perfect opportunity to promote the value of the temporary workforce. As well as demonstrating the business benefits it is the ideal time to thank your temporary staff working in marketing jobs.

We would like to say a special Thank You and congratulations to Cardiff communications consultant Charlotte Bram, who has been declared one of the UK’s top temporary workers. Charlotte has won the highly commended prize for  Marketing, Media and Communications Contractor of the Year, a new category this year in the One in a Million Award which is given to the UK’s top temporary worker.

Claire Sharp, Hays Marketing’s Business Manager for the South West and Wales, comments: "Charlotte has excellent technical ability, work ethic and communication skills. She is also extremely reliable and has always shown determination to fulfil her assignments to the highest standard. I have the upmost confidence in representing her to any of my clients."

Charlotte, from Roath, was nominated by the Hays Marketing office in Bristol who have placed her in temporary marketing jobs since December 2006. She has always had great successes and achievements withn the companies she was placed and has been an outstandidng and ambitious individual.

She started her career as a solicitor but eight years ago decided to change direction and moved into public relations and marketing jobs. After joining Hays in 2006, Charlotte was first placed as a communications consultant within the communication department of The Office for National Statistics. In July last year, Charlotte joined NSPCC Cymru/Wales in Cardiff as a communications consultant where she has been involved in developing and implementing the charity’s business media strategy.

Claire Saralis, NSPCC’s Cymru/Wales Divisional Communications Manager, said: “Her fresh thinking, enthusiasm and dedication to the cause have enabled us to develop new fundraising ideas and her commitment to ending cruelty to children has shone in all aspects of her work.”

Charlotte will cruise along the River Thames during National Temporary Workers Week, when she will be presented with a bottle of champagne and a framed certificate from the REC. Congratulations to Charlotte from us all at Hays Marketing!
