Your new role
You will lead on strategic and operational delivery of responsive repairs, voids, and maintenance services. You'll oversee large, multidisciplinary teams and ensure that services are efficient, customer-centred, and compliant with regulatory and safety standards. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll drive service improvements, modernise processes, end embed a culture of high performance and accountability.
What you'll need to succeed
- A strong track record of leading repairs, maintenance, or asset-related services within housing and maintenance.
- Proven experience managing large teams and complex budgets.
- Excellent knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder skills.
