We are an innovative company with an impressive track record. We’re a public, private, voluntary company set up to help disadvantaged people to change their lives through training and employment. We work across Great Britain and we’ve helped more than 110,000 people into sustainable work.

This is an extremely exciting time for us as we have been announced as preferred bidders for four contracts under the government’s flexible New Deal (fND) programme to support disadvantaged people back into work. Over the 5 year duration of the contracts, we estimate the contracts are worth over £560 million and 300,000 people will be supported back into work through these programmes.
