UBU is an independent company that provides, care, enablement and support to adults, children and young people with learning disabilities and complex behavioural needs.

Services are currently provided to nearly 400 adults, children and young people and UBU employs over 900 team members, across 95 supports throughout the North of England.

As a leading provider of social care supports the company’s experience lies in working with people with learning disabilities and associated complex needs such as autism, sensory disabilities, aspergers, forensic and challenging behaviours.
