At The Zone, it is our mission to assist Young People in living healthy, secure and satisfying lives, by enabling and supporting you in making informed choices. The Zone offers a wide range of information, advice, counselling and other personal support services for young people.

We provide a safe, confidential environment where we can offer information, support and a range of services to suit young people’s needs.

The majority of our general advice services are for young people aged between 13 and 25 who live, work or learn in the Plymouth area but some projects work with younger children and some with young people from Tavistock and the South Hams.

Our Mission Statement is: ‘To empower young people to live safe, healthy and positive lives’.
