What We Do
Our dedicated in-house team of highly qualified, experienced and multilingual Global Assignment Managers and local destination services teams assist clients throughout the entire assignment, offering the resources of a large provider with a small company service ethos. Using both our extensive internal resources and our robust Global Alliance Network, we provide:
- International Assignment Management (Assignment coordination, Compensation management, Visa/Immigration)
- Global workforce development/Intercultural Training (Cross-cultural training, candidate selection, language training and workforce development)
- Destination Services (including area orientation, temporary housing, home-finding, settling in, education consulting, spousal support)
- Door-Door Transportation services (using our proprietary IT system to panel manage several hundred suppliers to ensure competitive rates, competitive liability insurance, packing, storage and claims resolution)
- Ongoing client support (policy administration, cost management, assignee support, tenancy management and repatriation services)
