About The Peverel Group

The Peverel Group began as part of the McCarthy & Stone group of companies. In 1982 McCarthy & Stone incorporated Peverel Management Services Limited to provide property management and ancillary services to its private retirement housing developments.

Following a management buyout in 1993 and a series of subsequent acquisitions, the Peverel Group and its companies has grown to offer the comprehensive range of property related services that exist today.

Peverel has grown considerably over the years, yet our values have remained constant. We believe that it is these values that are inherent in every aspect of working for Peverel, which set us apart from other companies - both in terms of delivering great customer service and being a great place to work.

We believe that our PRIDE values don’t just reflect the service delivered to our customers, they also drive our behaviours. That is why so many of our people stay with us, or even if they do leave, often come back.
