Plymouth Community Homes is about to receive the transfer of 15,000 homes and 600 staff from Plymouth City Council following a vote by tenants to transfer their homes to the new organisation.
The ‘yes’ vote means Plymouth Community Homes will spend £168 million on a programme of improvements for tenants’ homes in the first five years after transfer. So between now and 2015, everything we do will be about delivering the promises we made to tenants in the Offer Document. Our performance against those Offer Document promises will be closely monitored, including by our customers. We invite you to be a part of that important and massive delivery of improvements to tenants and homes in Plymouth.
As a brand new organisation with a clear vision and a drive to succeed, we recognise the importance of resourcing the organisation to support the delivery of improved homes and services. These posts are key to this and provide the opportunity to be there at the start of this journey.
