About Maidstone Housing Trust
Maidstone Housing Trust was registered in December 2002 and, following a successful tenant ballot, received the voluntary transfer of 6,400 homes and related assets from Maidstone Borough Council on 2 February 2004. The Trust is Maidstone's largest social landlord and manages over 6000 homes and a number of commercial properties and garages.

Customer Service Excellence Award
The Trust has been awarded the prestigious Customer Service Excellence award. Assessors praised the organisation for understanding and responding to customer needs, and the commitment to customer service from the senior management through to front line staff.
Chief Executive, Peter Stringer welcomed the news, "We aim to put the customer first, and the Customer Service Excellence award is recognition of this commitment. Excellent customer service is only achievable through our dedicated team of colleagues working together".
