Thanks you for your interest in the post of Director of Corporate Services for Humberside Probation Trust.

Humberside Probation Trust is a consistently high performing organisation which takes a pride in its work to make communities safer by protecting the public and reducing re-offending. Our strong and constructive partnerships with other organisations - the police, prison service, local authorities, health - are central in maximising the impact we make.

We are facing some difficult challenges ahead as we aim to maintain and improve our performance while managing reducing budgets. The role of Director of Corporate Services will be a key position for our future - developing and implementing financial plans to support our strategic aims and ensuring we have the staffing profile and organisational capability to meet future expectations.

You will be joining an experienced and able team of senior managers. Working together as a Strategic Leadership Team is critical to our success.
