This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Teacher of Physical Education (PE) to join our popular, high performing 11-16 girls’ inner city comprehensive school situated in the vibrant and cosmopolitan area of Angel, North London. Applications are welcomed from both experienced and newly qualified teachers.

The PE Faculty is highly successful and girls enjoy the subject. The successful candidate will be part of a team that continues to strive to improve outcomes for students and focuses on ensuring each child achieves her best whatever her starting point and background. PE is taught across all years and GCSE PE is also on offer. The PE department has outstanding specialist facilities which include a large indoor gym, fitness suite and outdoor multi games area. Part of the Performance Faculty the team runs many clubs and the students are involved in many competitions. EGA students are currently borough champions.

Every year we have students who leave us with top grades in all their subjects, showing that our girls can and do achieve as highly as students anywhere else in the country. This is a testament to all our staff and their ability to encourage and nurture talent.
