The Position:
ActionCOACH is currently looking for a number of Business Coaches throughout the UK. The ActionCOACH Franchise allows you to run your own business without having to take on the whole risk. This is an opportunity to grow your own business around you, supported every step of the way by a global network of experts.
Our appointed coaches will apply ActionCOACH’s own proprietary sales, marketing, and business management systems to clients’ businesses, showing their owners how to increase revenue and profit.
The role of the ActionCOACH will vary with the changing needs of the business and can range from marketing manager and sales director to training co-ordinator, mentor or simply confidant.
Your goals will be:
- Working with small to medium Businesses and large corporate companies
- Showing them how to get more returns with less work
- Using our 282 profit and money making strategies to help coach in sales, marketing, advertising, profit grow, business systems, time management and team building
- Building and developing a team of people to grow the business
- Helping to achieve their goals for a better lifestyle for them and their family
- Navigate them through changes in the economy and help them create opportunities
- Give motivation, hold them accountable, be their sounding board and help solve their problems.
- Help them stay ahead of their competition
About the Person:
