Founded over 10 years ago CMG today supports around 600 people.
We provide specialist support to children and adults with learning and physical disabilities, chronic and enduring mental health needs, sensory and communication impairments and associated complex needs including behaviours that challenge.
It is the people we support who choose what services they receive from us and who supports them. Using Person Centred Planning we provide individually tailored support within a wide range of services including;
- Supported Living Services
- Domiciliary and Outreach support
- Community Day Services
- Residential and Respite Care
It is our belief that the people we support have the right to the highest quality of care and so we only employ committed staff who are qualified, experienced and passionate about making a difference. Our comprehensive mandatory and specialist training programmes enable us to consistently provide high quality services, evidenced by our CQC and CSSIW ratings which remain unmatched in the care sector.
