A leading UK Property Consultancy group is looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic CDM Coordinator to join the already strong Health and Safety team and be involved in all aspects of CDM work. It is a new vacancy and the client is looking for someone with good strength of character to join the organisation who can work alongside the design and construction teams and contractors ensuring that all work carried out meets legislative requirements. This is a multi-site role and candidates will have the opportunity to get involved in a number of new build projects across the South of the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of working as a CDM Coordinator ideally in multiple construction projects. This role would be ideal for someone who is self-motivated, who can work autonomously and ready for a challenging role. You will need to be a member of IOSH and RMAPS.
