A telesales role within a subsidiary of a global media business that provide online information resources, that are designed to help users improve decision making and ultimately save time.
The responsibilities of this role as a member of the Telesales team, will be to deliver direct sales via outbound calls. You will target new clients and generate sales using effective telesales techniques and benefit-driven product demonstrations. You will also be required to book visits with clients when necessary for the field sales team.
The main duties of this role will be effective selling to clients over the phone, benefit-focused online demonstrations via web conferencing tools, producing letters for clients, develop and maintain first-class client relationships, maintaining sales activity data in the CRM and working alongside the field sales team, to support them as directed by line management.
The essential attributes for this role are a minimum of two years success in b2b telesales , with a proven track-record of delivering new business revenue, strong client management and a pro-active approach to exceed sales targets.
