Hays Specialist Recruitment are looking for an experienced recruiter to join the Office Support sector based across Barnet and Enfield.
This is a permanent and full time role to start as soon as possible. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm. The role will be paying a basic of £20,000 per annum, plus commission.
Duties of the role include sourcing and interviewing candidates, matching them to jobs, canvassing clients and arranging and attending client meetings, and obtaining candidate references. In addition to this, the successful candidate will also be writing job adverts to be posted on the web, as well as writing marketing material on candidates to be sent to clients via email and post.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and will have the ability to communicate with senior clients, such as company directors, will be very well organised and able to manage their own work load and prioritise tasks. The right candidate will also be energetic and enthusiastic, as they will be required to meet demanding sales targets.
