Birmingham HR professionals plan for future growth

  

Human resources professionals from Birmingham City Council are meeting with HR professionals from other employment sectors, to share ideas on workforce planning; how to attract and retain top talent in order to ensure that businesses in the City continue to grow and move forward in the future. Hays Human Resources, the leading recruiting expert, is hosting the forum on the 15th April 2010 at the Hays St. Philips Place office. Bill Fletcher, Assistant Director of Human Resources for Birmingham City Council, will chair the session. In addition, Melanie Wood, the Council's champion in the field of workforce planning and employee engagement, will talk about the links between business strategies and recruitment and retention, staff development and training plans.
