Customer Service-Hybrid- £11.89 an hour-Ops Centre Rep
About the role
As an Ops Centre Representative, you will be working as part of a high-performance, agile, flexible team to deliver a high-quality service supporting the key functions within Field Engineering & Operations. Supporting the business area with financial tracking, financial governance and operational support. You will also be working closely with the support teams to provide cost-effective and efficient processes. Focused on customer delivery and a result-driven record of delivering to KPI’s, SLA’s and customer satisfaction.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the standard measurements for processes to be compared against
- Work scheduling
- Prepare and issue works orders where necessary and confirm completion of remedial works in accordance with the relevant SLAs and statutory obligations.
- Ticket creation and updates.
- Communication with customers, both external and internal, ensuring that a quality service is maintained.
Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:
- Computer and IT literate-able to use software and Microsoft Office
- Strong team player
- Ability to work with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge in telecommunications
- Proactive in understanding and implementing technical and operational initiatives to drive customer improvements.

- This is a 26-week contract.
- An hourly rate of £11.89 an hour PAYE
- This role provides an office-based work environment- 2 days in the office and 3 days’ work from home. First week will be training in the office.
