Our consultants will help you secure the best package that meets your expectations, and can advise on the best way to resign from your current employer. We will remain in contact with you to ensure you are well prepared for Day 1. And once on board the new organisation, we like to remain in touch to advise on any employment and salary issues as they arise.

On first meeting, we can provide all you need to know about the local opportunities that will meet your needs. We will ensure you are briefed on how the temporary/contract process works, and we will set you up on our systems to be able to start work immediately.

Going for a Job

When we have found a suitable role that interests you, we will ensure you have the best possible chance of getting the job. We will make sure you are fully aware of the contractual details, timings and obligations, and do all we can to ensure the pay matches your expectations.

Starting a Role

Before commencing your role, we will familiarise you with the practical and administrative details related to the role.  We will also make sure you are able to benefit from some carefully selected partner offers made available by Hays, such as X & Y.
