What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you'll have significant experience in general insurance work, including risk and capital, within the London/Lloyds market and / or the Personal & Commercial lines markets. Exposure to reserving and pricing would be beneficial. Experience in performing reserve reviews and / or Statements of Actuarial Opinion is advantageous.
What you'll get in return
They can offer a base salary in the region of £50,000 to £75,000 DoE, coupled with comprehensive benefits including private medical cover and volunteering days. Flexible working arrangements (typically 3 days in the office / onsite, with 2 days WFH) and a supportive team culture.

This includes reserving, pricing, Solvency II, corporate restructuring and liability management, mergers & acquisitions and IPOs, financial modelling, risk management solutions, audit support and IFRS 17, both in the UK and across Continental Europe. Their clients include all the leading UK insurers and European multinationals.
Your new role
As an Associate in the Capital & Risk team, you’ll work on high-impact projects across general insurance, including solvency, risk management, financial modelling, and regulatory change.
With an initial focus on capital and risk, the role will also provide exposure to areas like reserving, M&A activity, and pricing, supporting a diverse client base, from UK insurers to European multinationals. What you'll need to succeed
