Hays HR are supporting a company in North Yorkshire to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to provide professional and comprehensive recruitment support. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing and hiring candidates.
This opportunity is on a temporary basis for 6 months.
You will ideally have worked in in-house recruitment and be used to getting in front of stakeholders, supporting with interviews and working with agencies when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with internal recruitment experience.
- Experience of recruiting across various levels and departments.
