Interim Reward Director, 9-12 month FTC, London, £140,000-£147,000

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Reward Director to join a global technology firm. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of our reward strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and enhances employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive reward strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure reward practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement incentive plans that drive performance and support business goals.
  • Oversee the management of global reward programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmark data to inform reward decisions and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Lead and mentor a team of reward professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
