The organisation operates in 18 countries, supporting the digital lives of nearly 300 million customers, and their Tokyo office is in central downtown Tokyo.

Your new role

1. Building data infrastructure for procurement, logistics, call centre performance, customer satisfaction, etc., data aggregation, analysis, finding insights, creating reports, and formulating measures.
2. Time-series forecasting/forecast and actual management of procurement, logistics, and call centre operations (built using ML algorithms such as random forest and gradient boosting)
3. Building a data analysis dashboard (Power BI)

What you'll need to succeed

1. More than 5 years of experience in factor analysis from a statistical perspective using Python (level to be able to easily perform data cleansing and name matching)

2. Data analysis practical experience using statistics/machine learning skills (emphasis on time series prediction)

3. Experience building dashboards using BI tools (emphasis on Power BI)

4. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in Japanese (native/highly fluent) & English (business level or above)

5. Experience of building data infrastructure, for procurement/logisitics/call centre performance; experience of forecasting and actual management of procurement, logistics and call centre operations; using ML algorithms such as random forest and gradient boosting

6. Building a data analysis dashboard using Power BI
