Permanent position, Mon to Fri, Contact Centre Agent role, based in Denton, £20,500, 9-5, Hybrid working

Your new company

A well established debt collection company who specialise in the recovery of unpaid parking fines and debts. You will be joining a company that have a collaborative and supportive culture as well as plenty of progression opportunities.


Your new role

You will provide excellent customer service via inbound calls whilst giving first point resolutions. You will need to continually adapt to change in accordance with the needs of the company and your team and also have the ability to handle difficult conversations.


What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in customer service telephony roles would help you succeed in this role. You will have an excellent telephone manner with great written and verbal communication. You are well organised with good attention to detail. You will be able to access the office Monday to Friday, based in Denton.
