Your new role
You will be part of the Manufacturing Operations leadership team responsible for driving technical excellence, process robustness, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing of critical raw materials at the site. This role ensures that manufacturing processes are scientifically sound, compliant, and aligned with business objectives, while supporting cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Material Management, R&D, and Technical Operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in manufacturing within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of raw material manufacturing process and quality systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and technical project management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
- Experience with digital manufacturing tools and data analytics.
- Familiarity with SAP, LIMS, and other enterprise systems.
- Core competencies: Technical Leadership & Strategy, Process ownership & Improvement, Compliance, Quality, Collaboration, Stakeholder Engagement.
