Interim HR Business Partner – 3 Month Contract

I am recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join my client on an initial 3-month contract during a period of organisational change.
This is a hands-on HRBP role, providing day-to-day support across the business while leading and supporting a team of HR Advisors. You'll act as a trusted partner to managers, offering guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters and stepping into change projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Line management and support of the HR Advisor team
  • Providing pragmatic HR Advice and guidance across the business
  • Supporting organisational change activity when required
  • Managing and advising on Complex ER cases
  • Handling an increased volume of grievances, appeals, disciplinaries and hearings
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organisation

Experience required;
  • Proven experience operating at HR Business Partner level
  • Strong employee relations experience, including complex case management
  • Previous experience supporting organisational change programmes
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
