Interim HR Business Partner – 3 Month Contract
I am recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join my client on an initial 3-month contract during a period of organisational change.
This is a hands-on HRBP role, providing day-to-day support across the business while leading and supporting a team of HR Advisors. You'll act as a trusted partner to managers, offering guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters and stepping into change projects as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line management and support of the HR Advisor team
- Providing pragmatic HR Advice and guidance across the business
- Supporting organisational change activity when required
- Managing and advising on Complex ER cases
- Handling an increased volume of grievances, appeals, disciplinaries and hearings
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation
Experience required;
- Proven experience operating at HR Business Partner level
- Strong employee relations experience, including complex case management
- Previous experience supporting organisational change programmes
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
