A well-established and highly respected residential construction contractor based in Lancashire is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a long-term temporary basis. Specialising in the construction of bespoke, high-value residential properties, they have built an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional homes to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

This position offers a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right individual.


Your new role

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of luxury residential projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the exceptional standards expected within the high-end residential market.

Key responsibilities will include:
Managing site operations from groundworks through to completion
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
Maintaining programme schedules and driving productivity
Ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations
Conducting site meetings and liaising with clients, consultants and stakeholders
Monitoring quality throughout all stages of construction
Managing site records, inspections and project documentation
Resolving site issues and maintaining project momentum

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience delivering bespoke or high-value residential properties

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential construction sector

Strong knowledge of traditional and modern construction methods

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively

SMSTS qualification

CSCS Card

First Aid at Work certificate

Full UK driving licence
