We’re currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a commercial build fit out project in Tyneside working for a forward-thinking construction organisation

Role Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day site operations on a commercial fit out
Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensuring H&S standards are met and documentation is up-to-date
Driving the programme to ensure project milestones are achieved
Liaising with project managers and clients to report progress

✅ What We’re Looking For

Strong leadership and site management skills
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
Ability to manage multiple trades and keep the project on programme
