HR Business Partner
Hays is working with an organisation within the public sector who is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a progressive and inclusive working environment, supporting employee wellbeing and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers across multiple sites
- Lead on employee relations matters including casework and policy implementation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across the organisation
- Contribute to organisational change and development programmes
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to improve service delivery
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the third or public sector
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
- Comfortable working in a hybrid/agile environment
- Passionate about person-led, trauma-informed HR practices
